Your Favorite Enemies has always been well-known for welcoming people from all over the world as family! For a few months, we had a friend from Japan live with us, Yuki, part of the video team! And as the king he is, Sef absolutely wanted to welcome him, and show him Quebec’s traditions!
He showed him how to make his first snowman, as Yuki arrived in winter, and obviously, had him eat his very first poutine!!!
Yuki being unable to speak English when he arrived with us, Sef offered to translate for him! Well, it didn’t take long for Yuki to know that Sef wasn’t understanding any Japanese at all… and he decided to teach Sef a little lesson of his own… Yamata No Orochi…

Am I the only one still laughing after seing Sef’s grand finale!!?? lol!! A winter hat, nothing on except for white underwear and boots so big he could barely move!! lol!!
As we say in French ”Le ridicule ne tue pas”…(The ridiculous doesn’t kill)

Wie kommt es, dass niemand bezweifelt hat, dass Sef japanisch versteht? lol
Und wenn ich sehe, was er mit Yuki macht, ist es vielleicht besser, dass er nicht mehr auf die Leute aufpasst, welche die Band besuchen. lol
Zum Glück konnte Yuki ein wenig Englisch lernen und Sef eine Lektion erteilen.

I guess that there is no explanation for this, and even if I would love to say that things are different… Sef is still… well… Sef!!! Always trying to encourage and share his knowledge with people. His kindness and his desire to share with others are limitless…wow, such a great heart! But to see him running in his underwear in the snow… that’s priceless!!

I laughed so much while watching this video again!! Wow! It’s funny to realize that through time, some things never change…and it’s perfect, just like that!! So, keep on being yourself Sef! It’s obvious that you’re always being the good guy!! Lol!

Yeah… still portrayed as the bad guy, who has no feelings, who always thinks about himself… Dude!! Yuki never experienced a real winter before so he had to be trained to be able to face any kind of winter in the world!! That’s the vision pal!! What do you prefer?? Doing figure skating with Miss Isabel, eating burgers while you’re sliding with Jeff, drinking really hot and warm coffee at Starbucks with Alex?? Dude… at the end of the day, you’re still powerless in front of winter… I don’t know why, but I still have to give my side of the story that happened years ago… if not… Sef always ends up being the bad guy! Ask Yuki what happened with Yamata No Orochi… I still haven’t seen the eight headed snake come knocking at my door, to have a party!

Sef hasn’t changed one bit! Always wanting to be there for others and preparing them for what life might have in store for them!! LOL! It’s a good thing that Yuki had Alex to help him out and he could figure out what was really going on! 😉 I know Yuki never forgot his stay here with us… and I’m sure Sef never forgot his little adventure in the woods 😉
