Secrets & Symbols Store accepts in addition to the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

• Shipping
Most items in Secrets & Symbols stores, outside of recorded music CDs, DVD or vinyl, are available for shipping internationally. Shipping charges for US, Canada, and International deliveries are listed below. There are different rates for Music ONLY orders. If your order contains both music and merchandise the merchandise rates will apply.

• Shipping Methods And Rush Delivery Options
Shipments to addresses within the United States are sent by UPS or United States Postal Service First Class Mail depending on weight and usually take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipments including Canada and Mexico are sent by United States Postal Service Economy and usually take up to 21 business days to arrive. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 10 to 14 days depending upon the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow for 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.
If you select Rush Delivery for shipments within the United States, any in-stock catalog item will shipped to you to arrive the second day after your order is processed and fulfilled. For most Rush Delivery orders, this means arrival on the third day after the order was placed. Rush Delivery is NOT available to PO Boxes. You may combine as many product lines as you like within an order. Our various product lines do not always ship from the same warehouse; therefore you may receive several shipments for a single order.

No taxes fee will be added from Secrets & Symbols on the listed prices. If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside Canada, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be imposed upon by your Customs or Government or Other Authority upon any parcel we send to you.
• Order Confirmation Number
Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.
• Processing an Order
Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive in 7 to 10 days, unless you have selected RUSH delivery. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is shipped. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. If you are paying via , the funds will be deducted from your account when you place your order. This is a policy.
• How to Change Your Order
Secrets & Symbols processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to: sales@secretsandsymbols.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.

• Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, please follow the Return/Exchange Instructions below. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. In either case, absolutely no COD returns will be accepted.
• Returning Gift Orders
If your order is a gift order and the gift recipient wishes to return or exchange it, they may do so for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Upon our receipt of the returned product, we'll be happy to give credit for the cost of the item(s) returned and any associated sales tax to the credit card account originally charged. The sender will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.
